"a richly coloured, beautifully finished but still radiantly clear sound.”

Sydney Morning Herald

“Iulia Maria Dan sings the Ofelia, to whom the most beautiful arias have been bestowed, with great tenderness and intimacy.”

“The real revelation in this act was Iulia Maria Dan as Mimì – her dark tone was almost mezzo-like, unexpected but very appealing.”
